I had a comfortable stay with a awesome breakfast and convenient shuttle service to the airport, making it ideal for my city explorations, and discovering nearby Rinku Marble Beach was a good surprise, made my strolls even better.

The hotel is very good, Nothing to say. Clean, very friendly personnel, good facilities.
Connection with Osaka are rather poor in the night. Be aware of that. You cannot expect to arrive with public transportation after 10pm. Then, there is only a taxi, which is absurdly expensive. For a hotel that is close to the airport, this should be definitely improved.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Rinku Town subway station, and is very near the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. You can also walk to the Rinku Town Premium Outlets from the hotel.
The room was very basic, and reasonably maintained. The shower curtains however were slightly mouldy. I stayed for only one night, so it was alright.

Not having the hotel restaurant open for dinner is disappointing!!! The air conditioning being centrally controlled is quite frustrating for someone who prefers specific temperatures!!!

best possible location to get to popular izumisano attractions thanks to the train station short walk from the hotel. walking distance to a shopping centre and a market across the street. units with great views.

The hotel is very convenient for Kansai airiport- both from its own shuttle and the train which makes access from Osaka easy too. The food in the restaurant was good though disappointing that the buffet was not available after 8.30 despite still being fully laid out when we ordered our dinner. The 24 hour supermarket was excellent and very fairly priced selling snacks, various food items and gifts. The hotel was generally clean and efficient and our twin bedded room a good size with a view of the sea.

The hotel arranged a shuttle bus from the airport that was super convenient, especially arriving late at night. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for our family. A 24-hour convenience store nearby was a lifesaver.
In my wife's opinion, appliances could be more user-friendly for families.
